Role description
As executive assistant to three senior executives in the company, I provide detailed support to these leaders and work closely with clients and colleagues, all while maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive information. In my role, I must effectively prioritize and manage several priorities at once including answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings and travel, attending leadership meetings to capture minutes and responding to a wide variety of inquiries.
