Customer service is at the heart of our company. As a member of one of these teams, you answer questions from customers and financial security advisors, update information on their plans and perform transactions.

Group benefits claims examiner
Adjudicate dental and/or healthcare claims while also reviewing and investigating Canadian Health and Dental claims in accordance with group policy contracts.
Client services representation
Handle all incoming calls from customers, agents, brokers, branch personnel and various head office departments. You will also process customer service requests and changes pertaining to our Living Benefits products.
Case manager
As an integral member of our disability management team, you evaluate medical information, determine the length of disability and develop comprehensive case management plans.
